The Auburn University Board of Trustees approved the project architect selection of Chambless King Architects of Montgomery, Alabama, for the Foy Hall Student Veterans Resource Center renovation on Friday, June 5.

The project will expand space and resources dedicated to student veterans, helping better accommodate their needs while increasing visibility and recognition across campus. This investment reinforces Auburn’s focus on supporting the transition from military service to academic life through a more centralized and accessible approach.

On a ceremony on December 13, Chambless King Architects was honored by the Montgomery Chapter of the American Institute of Architects with three awards for two design projects.

On February 28, Chambless King Architects was honored by the Alabama Council of the American Institute of Architects for three design projects. The awards were presented to Chambless King at the Council’s annual Excellence in Design award gala held at the historic Florentine building in downtown Birmingham.

Calling all soccer lovers, construction is underway on a 8.6-million-dollar expansion to the soccer complex in Auburn. Construction workers have worked on this soccer complex expansion since May, and not only will they have more outdoor fields but an indoor multipurpose facility as well.
