Office Renovation

This 17,000-square-foot renovation transformed an outdated office defined by a deep floor plate, limited daylight, and inefficient circulation. Perimeter offices absorbed the available natural light, leaving interior spaces dark and difficult to navigate.

The new plan organizes the office around a single wide hallway that connects daylight from each side of the building and provides clear orientation throughout. Extensive interior glazing shares light between spaces, ensuring even the most internal rooms have views to exterior windows. The renovation also enlarged the reception lobby and added client-facing meeting spaces, including an informal meeting area. A multipurpose training room and upgraded break room open to one another through glass partitions and create flexible space for entertainment. Gallery lighting along the main corridor displays the client's collection of historic downtown photographs and art.

The result is a modern, organized, and light-filled workplace supporting both daily operations and client hospitality.
